Paw Fort — Delete your account and data
You can delete your Paw Fort account and cloud save yourself, in the game, at any time — or ask us to do it. This page matters only if you signed in to cloud save. If you never signed in, we hold no data about you to delete: uninstalling the game removes everything on your phone. Messages you sent from Contact support are the one exception, signed in or not: we delete those when you ask (section 2).
1. In the game (immediate)
Open Settings → Cloud save → Delete account & cloud save, and confirm. The copy of your progress on our server is deleted at once, your sign-in account is deleted, and you are signed out. The game on your phone keeps its own progress; uninstall the game to remove that too.
2. By email (within 30 days)
If you no longer have the game or the phone, email brotheraicompany@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, or tell us that address and whether you used Google or Apple. We delete your account and everything linked to it within 30 days and reply to confirm. We may first ask you to confirm the request from that address, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.
3. What is deleted
- The copy of your progress on our server: campaign stars, cat families and their levels, Fish and gems (including the record of gem purchases inside it), achievements, and the installation identifiers of the phones that synced.
- The email address kept with it, and when it was last saved.
- Your sign-in account in Firebase Authentication (its identifier, provider, email address and sign-in times). Other BrotherAI games that offer the same sign-in share this account, so it is deleted for them too.
- Messages you sent from Contact support, with their pictures, when you ask: tell us roughly when you sent them, or the email you signed in with.
4. What is not deleted
- Your progress on your own phone — it is yours; uninstall the game or clear its data to remove it.
- Anonymous crash reports and gameplay events. They carry no name or account, so they cannot be matched to you; they are deleted automatically after 90 days (crash reports) and 2 months (events).
- Purchase records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, which those stores keep under their own policies. The Guardian stays yours and returns through "Restore purchases".
