Brother AI Company ("we", "our", or "us") operates the IQ Logic: Brain Training application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our App to you.
Brother AI Company uses the collected data for various purposes:
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to secure servers and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), to provide the App on our behalf, to perform App-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Our Service Providers include Google Firebase (sign-in, analytics and crash reports) and Google AdMob (rewarded ads, see section 6).
The App offers optional rewarded ads. You can choose to watch an ad to receive Mana, a Hint or a Solution, up to a daily limit. An ad plays only when you tap to watch one. The App shows no banner ads and no ads that open on their own.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). When an ad is shown, Google may collect and use information such as device identifiers, your approximate location based on your IP address, ad interaction data and diagnostic data to deliver the ad, measure it and prevent fraud. Google's use of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Because the App is for all ages and does not ask your age, every ad request asks Google to treat the user as a child. Google then shows only ads rated for general audiences, does not personalize them and does not receive your device's advertising ID. The App never asks for permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Where the law requires it, the App shows Google's consent message before the first ad.
To give you your reward, AdMob sends our server a confirmation that contains an internal identifier of your account and the item you chose. We do not send AdMob your name or email address. We keep a record of each reward (date, item and amount) to apply the daily limit and to keep your item balance correct.
Our App is designed to be accessible and suitable for users of all ages, including children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users. However, if you are under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your region), we strongly advise that you obtain verifiable consent from your parent or guardian before providing any personally identifiable information (such as an email address for account creation). If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under the applicable age of consent without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. Parents or guardians who have questions about our privacy practices regarding children may contact us.
The rewarded ads described in section 6 are requested with child treatment for every user, whatever their age.
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion, please contact us at brotheraicompany@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Upon receiving your verifiable request, we will delete your account and all associated data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain such data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
